The dancer of the future will be one whose body and soul have grown so harmoniously together that the natural language of that soul will have become the movement of the body...
She will dance not in the form of a nymph, nor fairy, nor coquette but in the form of a woman in its greatest and purest expression.
She will dance the changing life of nature, showing how each part is transformed into the other.
She will dance the freedom of women.
She will dance the body emerging again from centuries of civilized forgetfulness no longer at war with spirituality and intelligence, but joining them in glorious harmony.

Yoga became a regular part of my life in 1999 and I've been smitten ever since. I could go on and on about my love of yoga and the many ways it will benefit you, but there's nothing better than personal experience. Why you come to yoga, how it moves you and what you choose to take from the practice is a very personal and authentic journey. Sharing yoga is my passion, supporting others on the path is an honor and creating a safe and nurturing space for all of us to discover and embrace our authentic self is my highest intention. Join us anytime and discover how the practice of yoga touches you. Namaste, Eva

Eva received her 200-hour certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in 2006. Since then she has studied with several teachers including Angela Farmer and Victor van Kooten. Her gift as a yoga teacher is the ability to meet people where they are and offer guidance and instruction, allowing them to move into their own body wisdom and authentic movement. With intuition and compassion, Eva creates a safe and nurturing environment where people feel free to explore their yoga, flourish and grow.
